“Praise Him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre, praise him with timbrel and dancing, praise him with the strings and pipe, praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals” (Psalm 150:3-5). Throughout the scriptures, we are reminded of the importance of music in worshipping and praising God. 

The music ministry at Garner United Methodist Church strives to follow this model by enhancing the worship experience through music. Musical groups also provide both fellowship and musical outlets to group members. We offer an abundance of opportunities for you to use your talents to glorify God:

- Journey of Grace worship team instrumentalist or singer -

- singing in the choir -

- handbell choir -

- participating in special music such as cantatas or special services -

- assisting with sound engineering during worship services -
